Data we collect
- Device identifier: a key generated by the app, used for activation.
- Playlists: the links and credentials you add, stored encrypted on our server to be sent to your device.
- Licence status: trial and activation dates.
When you buy or request an activation, we also receive your name (optional), email address and country, to send you the receipt or get back to you. We never collect your viewing history.
Use
This data is only used to run the service: activating the device and sending it your playlists.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your playlists at any time from the app or the portal. To delete all data for a device, contact us with its key.
Website analytics
To understand how the website and portal are used, we record the pages you visit with a random identifier stored in a cookie on our domain (“isp_vid”). We also record your country (derived by our host), language, device and browser type, and the site you came from. No IP address is stored, and no advertising or third-party tool is used. If you sign in to the portal or place an order, this identifier is linked to the device MAC address and the email you provided.
Page views are kept for 90 days and the identifier for 13 months at most. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, nothing is measured. You can also delete the cookie in your browser at any time.
