Features

isPlayer, the IPTV player built for the TV

isPlayer plays your own IPTV playlists, in M3U or Xtream Codes format, on your TV, box, phone and computer. Fast on small boxes and simple with the remote, it provides no channels: you add the subscription of your choice.

All your sources, one player

Add an M3U or M3U8 link, or your Xtream Codes details (server, username, password). isPlayer automatically sorts live TV, movies and series into categories, with logos and seasons.

  • Several playlists, opened alone or merged into one library
  • TV guide via Xtream or an XMLTV link
  • Catch-up on channels that offer it
  • Xtream subscription expiry date and connection count

Built for the remote

Categories, channels and preview side by side, focus visible from the sofa, up/down zapping in full screen, quick back: everything works with the arrow keys, no keyboard or mouse.

  • Instant search for channels, movies and series
  • Favourites across all your playlists
  • Resume a movie or episode where you left off

Fast, even on a small box

On 2 GB devices, isPlayer shrinks its image memory and loads live TV first. The playlist is cached for an instant start and refreshed in the background, only when it has changed.

Respects your subscription limits

Only one stream is open at a time: the previous one closes before the next, and fast zapping only starts the channel you stop on. If all of the subscription’s connections are in use, the app tells you clearly.

Full parental control

With a parental code, hide a category or lock it so it asks for the code when opened. Playlists can also be protected against any change from the web.

Manage on the web or in the app

Add playlists right in the app, or from the web portal using the device MAC address and PIN — handy to avoid typing a long link with the remote. No account or email needed.

On all your screens

Android TV and Google TV, Fire TV, Android boxes, Android phones and tablets, Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) Smart TVs, iPhone, iPad and Mac. Each device has its own licence: free trial, then 1 year or lifetime.

Your data protected

Xtream credentials added on the portal are encrypted on the server and never shown again in clear text. isPlayer sells no subscription and is not linked to any content provider.
